Quality Policy

Thinkforward, S.L. is a young company dedicated to providing logistics solutions for road transport of liquids across Europe, with the fundamental objective of providing clients with a service that meets their demands, delivering real solutions to specific problems, while complying with and respecting current legislation. To strengthen our commitment to Quality, the Organization has a Quality Management System in accordance with the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015.

Quality is both a company commitment and an individual responsibility of each team member, which must be reflected in concrete actions that internally and externally project an image of Thinkforward S.L. that identifies with professionalism and quality of service to our clients.

To achieve maximum customer satisfaction, we will apply and orient our system to achieve the following objectives:

  • Constantly monitor that we respond at all times to customer demands and expectations.
  • Commit to compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and standards of those organizations and/or groups of which we are part.
  • Provide adequate means for all personnel to freely identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent quality improvement in their workplace to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Consider continuous improvement as a permanent objective that increases the quality perceived by our customers.
  • Correct non-conformities that occur, while implementing preventive measures to avoid repetition.
  • Consider service deadline execution, punctuality and maintaining trust between our customers and suppliers as key points in the company's daily management.
  • Foster a participative environment among employees, integrating them into the common objective and improving communications that facilitate teamwork, individual recognition and suggestions for improvement.

Thinkforward S.L. commits to periodically review this Quality Policy to ensure its adequacy to organizational, technological and environmental changes. This policy is publicly available and is actively promoted so that all members of the organization and interested parties understand and participate in its implementation.
